Hell of the East

Just completed this scenario of Italy vs Turkey in the modern era.

What a one sided battle. As the results show, it was a complete massacre. FYI, none of the Turkish aircraft lost were destroyed on the ground. All were destroyed in the air. Primarily from air to air combat, but a handful from SAM sites.

The Eurofighters with Meteor Missiles made this not even a fight. The one Eurofighter I lost (plus one other damaged in a separate engagement), were from engagements within visual range, of which there were only two.

The only other fight that really happened was a submarine duel between a Turkish and Italian Boat. The second Turkish sub sunk was a joint effort from a sub and an ASW helo. The Italian Surface fleet was almost irrelevant.

I was Striking Turkish SAM Sites and moving the Italian Fleet into position for carrier strikes on Turkish airbases when I crossed the victory threshold. I was in a position where I could confidently launch precise raids against the Turkish Government in Ankara if that were an option.

The Turks have no sensible option other than begging the Italians for an armistice, and probably surrendering all their Eastern Med EEZ claims

Can you tell me which version of scenario Hell of the East did you play?
in the description there is written BETA v1.03 or is there no reference?

I have released a much "harder" version of how you describe it and I believe it hasn't been updated yet in the community pack.

The latest version in the CSP is from August of 2020. No version number in the description. fb.asp?m=4871393

I have no newer file then that in the cue.

Yes I was using the version present in the most up-to-date release of the CSP.
