Working on a classic CW North Cape scenario, all good so far. A few questions:

1. Really like the easy way to add facilities but can't seem to delete them. I added all the Norgi ESM, Radar etc an that is fantastic - I remember in Harpoon it was mostly a guess and could not get good data on stuff. However I want to limit the scenario to North Norway so how do I delete all the stuff in South Norway so the player is not overwhelmed?

2. I noted in a couple of the stock scenarios AC started the game already on patrol - super, I have added the AC and put them in a mission etc but how do you rename them - either the Call sign or the Group?

3. While were at it how do you rename Ref points?

4. In the Magazine editor when the number is 4/4 for things like drop tanks - is that counted like munitions which I think I have figured out? Or do they come back with the AC?

5. When adding munitions to magazines I assume that it's important to spread them around for protection but does it affect the time it takes to re-arm an AC if the munitions are in underground verses surface bunkers? Or are there other factors to worry about?

6. The Norgi F-16m has a Load out - GBU-12D/B LGB[Mk8x] - requires Buddy illumination - Not sure exactly how that works, is there a pod or all F16Ms capable of illuminating for this and the player simply needs to make sure that a buddy is available?

1) Hit Keypad 9 and delete the individual elements of the group by selecting each unit and hitting DEL
2) There's a standard floating around somewhere, but in the end it's up to the scenario editor.
3) I typically name mine for the Mission they represent along with a sequential number (Example - CV ASW 1, CV AS 2, etc) However if you can keep them straight in you head then you can skip naming them.
4) Munitions return with the a/c. You'll actually find 'extra' munition entries in your airfield magazines for things like drop tanks after a while.
5) No effect on re-arming that I can tell, just how tough they are to kill.
6) You need something with a laser designator nearby to guide the LBGs.

- got the keypad working
- figured out how to rename units now
- The question is how do you rename the Refpoints

Naming RPs is not as simple as I'd like it to be. In particular it would be nice if there was a DESELECT ALL RPs hotkey. But in any case...

1) Make sure only ONE RP is selected. Hit R for RENAME and type in the name.
2) If more than 1 RP is selected you will instead rename the currently selected Unit/Group when you hit R.
3) Since RPs can be scattered around the PLANET and are selected/deselected by drawing selection boxes even if you don't want to, this can be a PITA sometimes!

OK thanks - that worked. Would also be nice if you could name an area and the RPs would have that name and a unique number. Working now, appreciate the help.
