Got around the NY Times paywall. It names a key port and could provide an initial source for a scenario about a Russian strike to close the facility and send some sort of message to the West. Russia could temporarily use Turkish airspace and bases. Perhaps a few scenarios that increasingly give NATO better capabilities in the area. Not sure what NATO has in the area, but probably a lot.
