then,I remember high power microwave weapons can kill electronics, can you use it to attack radar?

There's EMP JASSMs and JDAMs in the DB which disable certain types of active sensors, including radars.

Something like that will be needed in the DB in the near future, from LRAD to the Japanese 6th gen fighter, and etc that we probably don't know about.

In the mean time you can try a stand-in of it via special actions + ScenEdit_AddExplosion(), using a warhead of your choosing so long as edition allows it. Ie... execute microwave attack on currently selected contact, or X distance on y bearing at altitude Z from selected unit, etc. Been while since I used it but used to work in the past as I recall setting off omni-directional emp warheads this way that had the desired effect.
