Something a little different: Emergency At Black Mesa, 2000

I started work on this scenario a long time ago, and just recently returned to it.

As my screen name has likely already told you, I have been a long time fan of the Half Life series of First Person Shooters, so I made a scenario based on the events of the first game, involving the aerial bombing of Black Mesa on the 2nd day of the first game.

This is a rather simple scenario. There's no scoring or 'Victory' conditions, just bomb the facility and any 'creatures' you spot from the air. (obviously there are no otherworldly entities in the DB, so I just use generic Infantry)

While of course I want feedback and such, I would also like some help on formating the scenario description, I can't seem to format it correctly to appear as it should (White text on dark background for scenario select screen and Black text on white background for pulling up the description in-game).

I'm still pretty novice with scenario building, so don't expect me to get too advanced with this scenario.
