Naval upgrade

How is the cost of naval units' upgrades calculated? As in, upgrading an old BB from Warships 41 to 42?
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage.

Oh upgrades. I misread.... 10% of the cost if I remember per level.
