SOLVED - WPP V01.00.04 Beta 4 - Port size problem

According to the patch notes:
Reduced the port size of Manus to 3 -> 1, Enewetak 3 -> 2, Yap 3 -> 1, Wotje 3 -> 2

But Manus is still a port level 2 not 1.

Yap is still a port level 2 not 1.

Enewetak and Wotje are correct i.e. port level 2.

Can't upgrade level ones so the amounts are correct the update text is not.
