WPP Beta 4 - Problem with DEI garrisons

Looks like something got undone in latest upgrade. The DEI units created are no long the new coastal defense units but regular divisions.

Check and verify that you see the same result when you take Batavia.

Just in case it is a game perk just for me when I play Japanese side.[:D]

Same here for these divisions. They should be of the new type. DEI surrenders in early March. Oil was ok if you are carefully managing it.

All these bases were little crap bases with no guns.

I just gave them divisions because I took away other things OR gave the Allies stuff.

All divisions with a strength of 10/10. It's dangerous for Australia imo.

They are pretty good crap[:)]. Demonstrated using one, which is a full strength division, to take Darwin.
