All beaches are still owned by UK instead of Japan. Don't know if this is the same than the following so I prefer to report.

This is a little confusing. I am under the impression that coastwatchers are looking at my fleets.

But, on the Allies turn, the ownership is correctly changed to Japan allowing an invasion from Allies.
