Dardanelles crossing arrows?

As Turkey, I was surprised to discover I cannot move my Anatolian corps from Anatolia to Thrace without a fleet. Am I missing something? Or are the crossing arrows, which exist on the EiH map, missing?

You should be able to do this??? Are you sign winter land movement rules and it is winter, costing 2x movement points?

Yes, false alarm. It was a winter month.
