WW1 and Russian civil war

Post by lion_of_judah »

I'm curious if there is an interest in a WW1 and Russian civil war scenario, or does everyone just want more WW2.

I can't work the editor as well as some of you guys.so I take what comes out. WW1 Eastern Front is rarely seen. I like "rich" OB's with lots of development. Random games are what I like. New Dawn in the 17th, 18th, 19th Centuries?

I'd definitely be interested in Russian Civil War. WWI not as much, though some of the more obscure campaigns in East Africa or Palestine would grab me.

Colour me curious.
You know what they say, don't you? About how us MechWarriors are the modern knights, how warfare has become civilized now that we have to abide by conventions and rules of war. Don't believe it.

Sorry to ask, but what is an OB?

I think that the Russian Civil War and the conflicts of the early Soviet union in general would be great scenarios. The Russian Civil War would ne highly complex. Not sure how someone would make it, but almost nothing is impossible to make in ATG, as long as the scale isn't too low. As long as there is some room for fluid warfare I think any scenario is possible, and could be exciting.
