I play GD1938 but this is new

the TOE Hqs doesnt fill with staff anymore.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

Hi :)

Can you send an email, with a saved game, to atg@vrdesigns.net. Remember to leave instructions on which HQ was supposed to get the staff :) and if possible a save game from before that turn too.
