Ok, guys, I agree with you, since the majority of players here believe the troubles with the scenario are serious, I change my vote. Let us finish this game while I will work a fix with Claus.
My position is:
1-Engineers can build everywhere
2-Maybe we can change weather zones
3-I believe the readiness penalty for winter should be applied to everyone, but it might be somewhat smaller for the Russians. Severe winter, at least in the open, resluts in a decrease of combat capacity even if you´re well prepared. The simple fact that you have longer nights already implies in a significant decrease in the opportunity for military action.

Ok, so we are done, then? 28 is dead? That's too bad....I don't see why we couldn't have moved forward and just used the engineer thing as a different strategic planning choice for this game. Oh well, I'll cya guys.
