If it's a WW1 era scenario, then yes. On the other hand, units starting at level one could all be hat's, guess it just depends on the era someone is wanting to represent.

My thought is to create a continuous progression of units from WW1 through the early 1950s using the SFT lineup of 4 Seasons. Modders can pick up or leave off wherever they want within that time period using some or all of the graphics, depending.
