I am contacting the Soviet player now. He does not use Dropbox, and may not know there is a turn for him.

In any case there is another possibility we can explore.

I think we can find you some gaming one way or another.

The scenario is on http://www.advancedtactics.org, in the ScenarioBank. Join the site and you will be able to download it. It is "GD1938 (Gold)".

If you want to get familiar with it I find it plays well as Axis-Human, but the diplomatic aspects are dormant so you have to declare war on the Allies to simulate them declaring war on you.

I use dropbox often without a problem. I hope the Soviet player accepts

Btw. Is it possible to declare war on neutral countries in the scenario? I didn't find out how I could...

The dividers/compass button opens a page that will allow the Axis to declare war on neutrals.

The Soviet player is going to continue but we should be able to get you going. The Chinese / USA player may pass the play to you, or we may start a new game.

Nice thanks. I tried declaring war but I don't see the option. Is it the stragetic information map that you mean? (F1)

I can only declare war on the major powers... am I missing something?

It is a card you play. Look at the card menu.

Playing the card brings up a map to select your victim.
