Just for information! I am busy to deliver a map for north east of Frankfurt which it make me busy from two weeks ago. main effort is the terrain file that kept me busy from last week. it is a 64km x 64km tile base on battle ground for Less Than 60 Miles broad games:

You can see remains elements of US 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment ,the 5th Panzer division , us 3rd Armored division and us 8th Infantry division plus soviet force in detail. (each division order of battle will be release graphically later before release of map).

If you want to, I can help with terrain file.

edit: oh wow. I thought there was a question about relief.
Yes, terrain file requires a lot of attention and the help here is quite complicated because it complicated to do something in two hands at the same time.
but if you have some questions - I hope I can help somehow.

Sure and glad to get help.If possible city and village buildings as a separate layer, then at final step I can superimpose it to other layers.
If that is possible then I can send you the map boundary and coordination. At this moment I am busy with road layers, farm , forest , rivers and railroad in my terrain file.

But now I am badly busy with truck type roads ( dirt ) which mostly is not useful in the final map. any note about how to deal with that is very useful for me.below picture is truck type roads which I imported that from QGIS QuickOSM.can I delete most of that specially in forest?
