Size of unit using road movement

Can a too big infantry unit be slowed because of its high number of soldiers ?
I remember having readen such an info on the forum, but I can't find it again.

I could be wrong, but I don't think unit size effects movement. The current Brigade order along with unit formation (Column, Line, Skirmishers deployed)DO have an impact on movement.

Also, I think there's no fixed amount of MP's a unit receives. There seems to be many factors that determine how many MPs a unit receives. I think someone posted a question in this forum requesting a MP chart and the reply was there are too many variables involved to have a MP chart.

Genehaynes is correct on both points.

Michael Jordan plays ball. Charles Manson kills people. I torment eager potential customers by not sharing screenshots of "Brother Against Brother." Everyone has a talent.
