AVLB problem in tutorial 4

In tutorial four, I am trying to build a vehicle bridge with the Centurion AVLB. However, every time I try it tells me "No valid engineer units have been selected for bridging." I open the "Lay vehicle bridge" dialog with Control + V, select top left, and I keep getting that same message at the bottom toolbar. The AVLB is selected too and I am doing everything just like the tutorial says.

Sometimes it also says "Unit is not capable of firing."

I'm lost...

It works for me, see below. Do you have the full 100AP when you try to lay the bridge?

I'm doing the same things and now it works. I have NO idea why but it works now. Thank you for your reply! Having lots of enjoyment with this game, it's about number 60 of my Matrix-Slitherine collection. [&o]
