Having issue with installing ver 3.00.1

Hello!
3.00.1 wants to uninstall ver. 2.00, but it hangs after uninstallation. Pic included. This happens after the ver. 2.00 program says it's uninstalled. Also, can't use the system program to uninstall CSME in the app/features in my pc settings. I think I may be missing a file? Clean install of ver, 2.00.
Help please.

Here is the link to the 2.00 CSME installer, try installing this and then install the 3.00 CSME installer.
