Either double click on the unit or select in the unit bar and then right click on the hex you want to move to.

FYI: double click selects and moves the whole stack, so if you want to move just some of the units there, as Budd suggested, select them from the Unit List sidebar first.

I got it now.
My mistake was that I was clicking only once on the counter on the map, so in fact it didn't select the unit /// (single click works only in 3D)
