multiplayer login error

Hi,
My buddy and I have played this game via the lobby system many times.
But today we cannot login. it says:

lobby user login failed,unknown error

Any help is appreciated.

The login problem has been going on since at least May 15 (when noticed it). I notified the Support group about it then and got a reply back that they had done some software upgrades and that it had been tested. I have had an ongoing dialogue with the support group since to remind them that the problem still exists. Matrix/Slitherine appears to have not given the problem a high enough priority to get it corrected! It’s a shame that it seems to appear they are ignoring the game.

Well, now it is May 20th at 0700 PDT and the Lobby login is still inoperative.

I have a post at slitherine, got an answer that says they are looking into it.
So hope they do.

There is a server issue which the team are having trouble tracking down. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Today i got no error in the lobby, so I think its fixed.
