There is a Close Combat 3D series out there already. Eric Young's Squad Assault series! No kidding :P

Eric used to hang around here but I haven't seen him post in a while.

I have both versions of the game. it could have gone somewhere but i received no support. even back then, eric supplies customers with a map editor.


matrix should outsource the game to a russian company like 1C. they have the experience in the squad level 3d world.
