Recycle Disbanded BGs

The update should now be available on Steam / GoG / Matrix download. The changes were purely for mod support:

• Mod support: Allied static battle groups (not used in the stock game) now display their units correctly on the Strategic Screen.
• Mod support: ‘Recycle disbanded battle groups’ setting in campaign.txt (not used in the stock game) now functions similar to previous versions of Close Combat.

Thanks for fixing this Steve, recycling BG's works now.
I can update my Radzymin GC to be more historically correct now.
