Mouse Issues

Can anybody help we with this mouse issue. I am running Cross of Iron on an Apple box using Parallels and Windows 7. Everything runs fine, but I can't right click to open the command box for the units (defend etc...)

On a PC you click the right mouse button to bring up the command menu. You can also use keyboard shortcuts (z,x,c,v,b,n,m) to issue orders as well.
