Smoke

Post by Comrade_Blabsky »

Has the Cross of Iron smoke been updated? IIRC, CC4 and 5 had smoke that actually provided some obfuscation. Something to think about with the other CC3 mods. For me, specifically, the Vietnam mod was not changed and since it is in testing now we can still beef up the cover smoke provides.

The smoke from CC4 was used for CoI.

Thanks for the reply, Sr Drill.  However, does the weapons file need to be updated? What causes the green line to turn darker?

Adding more red to it? A firing line that turns darker green has some obstructions and will have a range in meters displayed for where that begins. The degree of obstruction is in the code, not the data files, so no amount of data tweeking will do any good.

OK gooder.  I did check weapons to see if there was any clue, and there was none for me.
