Non-arrival of the goods

A month ago tonight I ordered physical copies of Cross of Iron and War Plan Orange.

They still haven't arrived.

It used to be that when parcels arrived from Matrix they were actually posted in Ireland. However, when I checked the Help pages tonight, reference to "CST" which I think is an American or North American time zone makes me wonder if mailing has been centralised in the United States.

A month would be way overdue for something posted from Ireland; but might not be unreasonable for something posted surface mail from North America.

So, do I wait a bit longer; go back to my credit card company for a refund; or is there something else I should be doing?

We do indeed have a warehouse in the UK. Did you order from the UK store? You should write us at support@matrixgames.com with your order number and ask for an update on the status of your missing physical shipment.
