Editing Flags?

Hi,
I've just recently come back to the close combat fold with the release of Cross of Iron having started with CCV and never had the chance to play CCIII. (So I'm really loving this re-release as you can imagine) [:D] However the modding bug has begun to bite and I was just wondering if it was possible to edit the ingame flags and if so how to do it?

I don't know if Mafi's tools work in Cross of Iron. If they do, then I'd use "Spriter" to open Graphics\Terrain and then see what's inside.
 
Apologies if this is wrong but, as you can tell, I haven't modded COI. At least it gives you somewhere to start.
