new sound mod for TLD

Here is the readme file notes:

OnGroundFX Sound Mod for Close Combat TLD

Mortar sounds were replaced with two types ... large and medium/small. Each has a shell entering the tube sound combined with the firing sound. This enabled the leftover sound numbers to be used for several other main gun sounds. There is now a difference between 37mm, 57mm, 75mm, Howitzers, 88mm, and 90mm.
Yells were quieted slightly, and the sound of throwing grenade (and similar type) is now a voice sound (ugh ... from CC3 version).

Seems there is a problem with the way I named Version 1.0 ... which caused the mod not to show up in "Add and Remove Programs".

If you have this problem and want to uninstall Version 1.0 ... then simply double click the uninstall exe in:
C:\Matrix Games\Close Combat The Longest Day\mods\CC TLD OnGroundFX SoundMod

New in Version 2.0:
Corrected naming of Version 1 (it starting with and underscore) that may cause it not to show up in "Add and Remove Programs".
