What is a Panzergrenadiere (gp) team?

What is a Panzergrenadiere (gp) team?

I've tried searching the internet, but can find no reference to what the "(gp)" is and it's bugging me...

Gepanzerert or something like that, means 'armoured'.
These Panzergrenadiers are the ones going in the half-tracks. The other Panzergrenadiers (without the gp) are truck mounted.
