Quick question

When designing a scenario, is there a way to place units on the map already loaded?
Say I place a truck and an infantry counter during the design, can I have it loaded for the scenario start.
Also is there a method for designating reinforcements as loaded when they enter?

There isn't, but this would be a good feature to add to the engine.
