Question on editor

The team behind the award-winning game Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive early days of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris is the first in an innovative series of operational World War II wargames that also include a strategic element. The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris simulates Germany’s military successes in Poland and France in 1939 and 1940 (including also a hypothetical “Sea Lion” invasion of Great Britain).

Question on editor

Post by Valthonis2016 »

I have gone through the Editor guide for DCCB, and it seems to me that I can specify the values of the fuel and supply points in DCCB, but I cannot find the same lines of "gamevar" in the "Setng" in WTP. Are the editors the same? Or I just add the same lines into WTP and they will work? Many thanks

Hi there,

Honestely the editors here are hard. DCWTP uses different scripting systems than DCCB thats why the gamevars and events (and more) are different.

If you own Case Blue you can now get the DC:Community Project as a free download. Its been designed to make designing your own scenarios easy and is very very close to the DCCB system.

For more info hop over here:
http://www.vrdesigns.net/?page_id=1331

There are also already 6 scenarios out there for DC:Community Project to get an idea what you can do.

ps: DCWTP owners will get access to the DC:Community Project soon as well.

best wishes,
Vic
