Where are Rail and truck reports?

Where are Rail and truck reports?

Hi,
I'm reading the manual as I play and in section 6.1.6 Logistics there are some screenshots of Staff reports on Rail capacity, trucks... that I can't find in my game. There are no such reports on the REPS menu.

Where can I find the staff reports?

To see the number of trucks and trains you have, you need to open the "Stats" tab, then click on "Regime Statistics" and then you have a list of stats which include trucks and trains. You will also find "fuel" and "partisans" on that list and they are also quite important and trucks, trains, fuel and partisans should be viewed each turn to see how your logistics is working.

Are you perhaps playing with 'decisions off' selected? Or were you still on the first turn?
