After playing until November 1st. The Syrians did a better job of capturing the Golan objectives and even captured Acre. I was able to retake Acre, but Israeli losses were high but the Syrians losses were as well. Israel was even able to recapture one Golan hex.

The Sinai front is seeing the Israeli's pushed back, but the Egyptians are taking huge losses and becoming tired. The Israeli's did a little better job holding, but as stated above eventually fell back to Bir Gifgafa. The Israeli's are currently holding that town along with El'Arish and they are digging in the last fortified line.

The Scenario is almost over and I think the Israeli's have done a better job holding this time. the Majority of the reinforcements for the Israeli's have gone to the Syrian front as it was a nail biter too be sure. I would appreciate your take on this once I upload the latest update. This new update has image files for the Egyptian and Syrian replacement cards.

It will be my pleasure to try it out. I find the Arab-Israeli Wars really interesting.

I'm running a second play test and this time Syria is barely doing anything except air attacks and only 1 ground attack in 5 turns. Sinai front about the same as the above information.

Today I've downloaded YomKippurWarvAIv1.14.dczip (rev. #3 of 2018-05-18 00:22:57). [:)]

Played as Egipt.

It seems troop replacements cards (20-25 PP) does not give troops when used. I did not try to find where troops go but surely not to GHQ.

Game says it can't find .. DCCommunityProject\graphics/community\siluets\ParachuteSymbol.png
I just used GE-InfantryLuft after renaming, but still..

Some unit gfx are little purple wrapper around stuff (Egy 122mm arty, BM21, ZPU24) - WAD?

Nice to be able to play that war btw!

There is no such thing as a historically accurate strategy game. Every game stops being historically accurate from the very first move player do. First unit that moves ahistorically, first battle with non-historical results, mean we ride in unknown.

Thanks for downloading this scenario. The Arab replacement cards are not immediately available, but off the top of my head, I do not remember when they do become available. I think around turn 24, but you would have to check in the editor to see. I'm aware of the purple tint and plan on fixing it, as I do the parachute symbol, but I agree these need to be fixed.

I've started a new job and so I do not have the time I had before but it is on my to do list. The Israeli's have not been tested using the AI, only Syria. Thanks again for downloading it.
