Need Help in starting a scenario - installing?

I downloaded the Serbian scenario and I am having trouble getting it to work. I zipped into the game two methods. I see the folders in the proper places but not working?

would it be possible for a step by step on this - sorry about asking but at times I just get things messed up.

Very strange !
Delete all Serbian Campaign folders (also Graphics) and reinstall the scenario!

No ! you install in the DC Barbarossa Directory, you must install in DC Community Project directory !

You must use the DC Community Project program not DC Barbarossa program !
