Stop the thief....

Post by Blueberry »

Hi guys... Long time no type [;)]

Been too busy with life for some time now so haven't been able to spend some quality time with DW. Always on the forum though.... reading.... plotting... Mwuahah *cough* *cough* ....

Great to read some newbie posts and realize that there are so many people who play much worse than you (moi) and that this great gem keeps on generating much needed interest. Actually, the very first point always makes me particularly happy and satisfied.[:)]

This post is going to be a bit different and I sincerely hope the moderators won't mind. Like my 3 year old nephew says... I wanna tell ya somepin...
Last weekend we were having our second and so had to rush to the hospital. The baby didn't want to stay where she was supposed to any longer and came 2 months early. In total panic and utter maddness I left my front door..... [X(] ...open.

The neighborhood that I live in is very peaceful and quite so when my neighbour called me 2 hours later giving me the good news of 'your front door is open shall I close it for ya'...I thought oh well.... Should be okay.

Anyways, when I got back my alienware m18x and my almost entire gaming and cd collection was gone. I love games... I love the packaging... Mad a bit about it all... The great news is that my tiny daughter is going to be fine and that's all that matters but man, it's infuriating thinking about the laptop and the collection. I had an impressive and very well looked after strategy games and epic soundtrack music collections. Definitely not something you come across every day. Some items dating back to early 90s.

So.... If you're reading this punk... And playing my DW games.... I hope you loose every single game you play in your miserable thieving life.
P.S. Try to periodically clean the fan and grills on m18x....damnit.

Hey!

I'm one of those newbies, and I've enjoyed your writing a lot. :)

Congratulations for your second child! The way you described everything made me smile, and I feel very sorry for your stolen collection. [:)]

Sorry to hear about your computer and games being stolen, Blueberry. That really blows. I hope the thieving bastard gets something important taken from them someday. [:@]

Congratulations on your daughter, though! That's awesome news man, especially how she was born two months premature.

I myself just became an uncle again this past Sunday morning, as my sister-in-law gave birth to her and my brother's second child (also a girl). I guess it's that time of year. [:)]

Thieves are clearly not the same everywhere. Alienware? Sure (If they understand such things). But games and cds? [&:]

Anyways, grats on the happy parts, and hopefully the rest is restored easily enough. The good thing about leaving the door open, is that that they did not have to break anything to gain entry...

Hi Blueberry! Congratulations on your daughter! My boys also came early (we managed to get a "pay one, get two" special bundle offer) so I know how you feel. Glad to hear the baby is fine. For your stolen computer, the universe will sort it out. That's what karma is for.
