teekan other bonuses

hi i was wondering if i choose teekan as my race playing as a pirate and acquired a teekan colony would i get the other bonuses like the 40% faster construction on that colony?

you should, though it may be proportional to your teekan population (meaning it may only be a part of that 40%)
