How do I manually attack pirate bases on owned planets.

How do I manually attack pirate bases on owned planets.

I can do this as a response to an advisor, but how do I manually tell stationed troops on planets to clear out pirate scum?

Oh... You just select said planet, goes into "Facilities" part (or buildings) and there You click on Hidden Pirate Base. Normaly You can scrap Your own buildings, but with pirate bases - You get attack option.

Facilities in the colony window. The colony screen is also a good place to check for Pirate bases.
