Bug on ship design screen?

[Nth Power]

I have Executor (military, frigate) class ships in my fleet that were built on my home planet, but the design doesn't show up in the Designs screen. Could there be a reason for this or is this a bug?

I'll add that I didn't delete anything from the design screen.
