1. Is it possible to add non-gaseous strategic resources to ice planets?
Whenever I try this I get an error when switching to the modified theme...
Seems to me like a rather random limitation? Why shouldn't there be non-gaseous resources of interest on ice worlds?
2. What are manufacured goods/resources?
This really is a mystery to me
In the resources.txt file one of the lines is described as:
This option is set to "0" for ALL resources so it's basically a completely unused feature or am I missing something here?ColonyManufacturingLevel:
numeric value indicating whether resource is a manufactured resource at colonies. When greater than zero then resource is not naturally occurring but rather is manufactured at sufficiently developed colonies. Value indicates required population and development level before resource may randomly appear at a colony: value = population in billions * development level
Why would the developers implement such a feature and don't make use of it?
I would be interested in knowing if this feature actually works? And if it is how does it work?
