War Supplies

Love the game so far, only one complaint:

There should be some way to buy war supplies with gold, in several games i've had somewhat silly situations with gigantic sums of gold and nearly no WS, seems kind of counter intuitive? Maybe it's just me.

The Queen is allowed to buy supplies for the Royalists to reflect what happened in RL when she was in exile in Holland.
