Help! Can I purchase the game on steam and also get a serial no. on the official web?

Hello! I'm a Chinese player here. I used to purchased the Harpoon in May this year.

I heard about the Flashpoint Campaigns from some of my friends, and I found there's a new DLC released on Steam. Wargames are my favorite pc games, and Cold War is my favorite theme of wargames.[:D]

But unfortunately the Chinese region of steam has been locked(which means the games purchased in China cannot run abroad; vice versa).[:(] The price of "Flashpoint + DLC" is ￥158(about $24.76) on steam in China, while the price on the official website is $57.98. The price on the official web is much higher than the standard that an ordinary Chinese player could accept.

However, I'm not willing to purchase it on steam considering the possibility to study abroad the next year.
So I wonder if I could get the serial no. and the official installation pack from the official website after I purchased the game on steam, so that I can play the game no matter I'm in China or abroad?[&o]

If not, I wish I could get a coupon no. about Flashpoint and its DLC. After all, the price is a little higher than the standard I could accept(That's the reason why steam lower the price of even all games in the region of China and then locked the region, too).[&o]

As for serial numbers, if you buy the Matrix version, you can register the game with Steam. The reverse is not true. As for region locking, you should direct that question to Matrix/Slitherine support directly. We don't control any of that on our end.

We have not heard about pricing for the holidays yet. The Steam and Matrix prices should be the same, but there is a glitch with the Steam pricing setup.
