Where can we download user mods?

The new Cold War turned hot wargame from On Target Simulations, now expanded with the Player's Edition! Choose the NATO or Soviet forces in one of many scenarios or two linked campaigns. No effort was spared to model modern warfare realistically, including armor, infantry, helicopters, air support, artillery, electronic warfare, chemical and nuclear weapons. An innovative new asynchronous turn order means that OODA loops and various effects on C3 are accurately modeled as never before.

Where can we download user mods?

I recently reinstalled this game again, but I found that all of my previous mods are gone.

Since OTS homepage is not available, I'm not sure where can I download those previous mods. I remember there were British campaign mod, colored unit image (instead of shadow) and etc... But I can't find them.

Two places. Members area has a listing of files and you can also hit up the public FTP for all of the stuff we previously had on the website.
