Russin Liberation Forces

I think this has been mentioned but I'm sure it has been archived off by now but will there be an OOB inclusion for the Luftwaffe of the Russian Liberation Forces? From some quick searching, it looks like there were a few units around filled maybe by Yugoslavs. One quick link http://aces.safarikovi.org/victories/russia-roa.html

That wasn't the link I think I was referring to, I think I was referring to maybe a Luftwaffe 46 type post is what comes & mostly goes in my mind. I wasn't sure about these being new units to be included in a OOB or whether they're already in the OOB but just needed some pilot data at the time.
