Italian surrender

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Italian surrender

Post by simovitch »

There is an Axis exploit we discovered when Italy surrenders. If you are playing the '43 campaign or Avalanche and Italy hasn't surrendered yet, hold on for the patch. We will release a beta soon once it's tested.

Thanks for your patience.

Do you have a rough timeline? I might be starting a new campaign with the new patch released but I will hold off for a few days if depending on the release of the patch.

For that matter if I am just playing a campaign against the computer does this matter? Is it something the computer takes advantage of?

I jumped down a rabbit hole that I need to work my way out of. I may be a few weeks yet.

Okay, well if I start a new campaign and stop before Sept 8th is that okay? Will the patch be compatible with saves?

There would be none unless you knew how to engineer the conditions to get the results from the 'cheat'. And you don't want to cheat, do you? [:-]

No I just want to play at the Allies vs the AI. Will the AI know to set things up that way? I assume not. I just want to start a new campaign but dont want to start, get to early September and then have to wait for the update.
