LOL what timing

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

yea yea, beach away Beer Breath

Day 7

time to rumble

start with a large raid to Gravesend
then raids to the middle complex of Factories, and see if I can knock out Middle Wallop, and end with some of the Factories on the coast

and may as well go see the sights, and pay London a visit

and of course, Biggen Hill should be paid a return visit also

I do pretty good, Gravesend is hit HARD, Brooklin, Waybridge, Saro and Woolstun are all hit and knocked out (50% or more counts as out) Middle Wallop is also knocked out

London RR is hit, 36% to RR and 36% to uban

Biggen Hill is hit again and is reshut down

night attacks on London and Dover

score at one point was 5-2-0, end of night dropped to 4-2-0, end of day, went to 4-3-0 (think the fires kicked in)

got to hand FC a tip of the hat, the cowards, only 215 missions flown today, but I lost 25 planes (6 to flak), while they lost 26 (1 on the ground)

(there is a explot in BoB about going after Power for a easy win, so have avoided even comeing close to any power sites)

odd, if this was the real war, I think I have gained what is wanted, FC is all up north, so I control the coast and the Channel, time to land the troops

hmmm over all, I think it is looking decent

the 3 close bases, only Mason has planes on it, and those are NI

I need to hammer the two Satalite field, Westhampon, and Boscome downs (spelling I think)

and pretty much FC is screwed for 11 group (them sector fields repair fast, but they are hurting)

LOL anybody got the rule book handy ?, what are my goals for points ?

okay found it, it is in the read me for Verison one

(3) Full-Length 1940 Campaign
- The German player must have 12 points combined to win a non-air superiority victory by end of game.
- By the end of the first 40 days, the German player must have a AS score 8 to win AS victory. After the first 40 days, he cannot win an AS victory and must try to a non-air superiority victory.
- At the end of the first month, the German player must have at least 4 AS points to continue. At the end of the second month, he must have at least a combined score of 10 to proceed.

hmmm, I am pushing 8 right now, and should add a point from Terror pretty soon

hmmmm, better leave the beaches alone and get them back into the Air there Speedy

ahhh
249 Squadron was slaughtered, 7 killed 2 damaged, no GE losses, target reached and bombed

your good, Duxford, just lanched ! of course, they will never reach this raid, but once they break off, if they patrol in place, they may be in a good spot, but they will more likely head north

yea
this is why Park didn't like the Big wing idea, takes too long to form, target gets hit, of course, LM, just wanted to kill planes, Park wanted to stop the raids from hitting there targets

Extor is the field I want to get, buggers

oh not nice, not nice at all, your guys are breaking off the main raids and chasing the Stukas [:-]

of course, since they are on the coast and they are still in 12 group, I wonder who is going to win the race ?

609 Squadron got 2 110s and a Do 17 just went down to flak,

so, a little after 07:00 it is 3 of mine for 9 of there

London Docks are on fire, Cheatham Docks are on fire, Dover is on fire, Bascome Downs has been hit and Savo also

174 GB planes are in the air

yea ? but all the Stukas returned home and landed after dropping there bombs

some Spits got into my 110s again, ugly

6 to 11 now

I hope the rest of 12 group shows up, I seen 24 Defiants take off, and they were right next to my raid, then they disappeared, oh yea, you are right, your guys know what they are doing, Defiants and 109s don't mix

Portsmouth Docks are burning, Portsmouth is burning, London is burning

looks like a good day so far, if my landings don't turn on me
