BTR - Mosquito RCM

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

BTR - Mosquito RCM

Post by Johntxic »

When using Message Level 3 I have seen reports that these a/c transmit data on Freya and Mammut: should they also be detecting the night-fighter airborne radars too?

Similarly, I have never seen any airborne transmissions from the Wellington RCM.
The Nazis entered this war under the rather childish delusion that they were going to bomb everyone else, and nobody was going to bomb them. They sowed the wind, and now they are going to reap the whirlwind.

ELINT and aircraft radar work independently so just because your ELINT picks up data on enemy radar, that data does not provide directional information to the pilot like aircraft radar. The data is instead used to research countermeasures for that type of enemy radar.

ELINT should be picking up data on both air and ground radar types, yes.
