Here's the front line at the end of soviet turn 11:

Moderators: Joel Billings, Sabre21, elmo3
For moreover, to advance Germans in the first turn was realistic, need to reduce MP on the first turn respectively shortened week! We have a week of only 5 days, and the time is the same as in the usual! I tried in his scenario reduce MP on 20% and in a result and Riga impossible to seize on first turn, nor Lvov pocket! And with the second turn, they are restored and the game goes as usual!ORIGINAL: OberGeneral
Other things that have changed are: In turn 1 I could capture Minsk but not Riga. In 1.12.02 it's the other way around.[&:] One thing that didn't change is I can still do the Lvov pocket in turn 1!![:)]

Soviet aircraft are only getting to use about 15-25% of their allowed miles in the Soviet turn due to lack of fuel/ammo. This on turn 11 of a 41GC where most resource and fuel factories are still Soviet controlled. I think there's got to be something done about this.

And what does the logistics report say? You should see there if there's a shortage of rail capacity, vehicles or both. These will reduce deliveries to units.
