Here is a free online mp3 converter, it will rip any soundtrack from a a youtube video and download it in mp format, so you have the soundtrack of your chosen musicn scores, in a folder, and play it through Windows music while the game is running with music turned off or low. https://mp3converter.to/en1/

Limited only by how much space you have on your drive, if you dont want repeats of the same song, you might be best to have as many hours of music/ambient sounds as you usually play for. Or, you can build many hours of it and then pick play random from them. You can create a play list and asign the order of play, so for instance, im playing Ultimate General Civil War atm, so i have a play list that starts with VA declaration of secession when i play as CS,( pulled from Gods and Generals) before going on to play ambient and music tracks, or J Daniels G/Burg speech when as US, you can do the same for WiTE by having speeches in game, https://archive.org/details/ahbarbarossa or https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2nhiip
