I just won this book on ebay for 17.50 is it as good as the reviews on amazon?What about col.nash's sources,reliable?Also same questions on glantz's books.Have found some good prices on glantz's books.The only other problem is getting to mail box before the wife does"MORE books!!!".Maybe a p.o.box?[;)]

Great book, but would have been even better with more Sov sources.

It's a good book. And for $17.50, even if it were a mediocre book, it would still be a steal.

Thx for responces am looking forward to it.As for sov sources thats why I inquired about Glantz's books they seem to cover the soviet side.Just curious about the authenticity of his sources,have read there are some questionable ones.
Am looking at the kharkov and operation mars volumes in particuler.

Just got it in the mail.From what i've read so far an excellant read,the only problem is the large format,makes it difficult to read in the "reading room"if you know what I mean!
