This expansion to the award-winning War in the East comes with a wide array of later war scenarios ranging from short but intense 6 turn bouts like the Battle for Kharkov (1942) to immense 37-turn engagements taking place across multiple nations like Drama on the Danube (Summer 1944 – Spring 1945).

Its time for chiefs of staff!

finally I m learning how to use the command report..sorta :P I mean I can sort and choose the most important things I think. But personaly since I am always stalin I have no real time for so much data and work to micromanage many aspect of gaming's most "realistic strategic/operational
war game." I personally think an option that enables a real chief of staff (computer real) that collects data from from the lower echelon staffs thus giving the player certain options as recommendations on how to proceed. ie "stavka operations staff recommends a strategic defense with active aggressive operations with given fronts and or armys" Its up to the player to approve them and and play or let ai play out the results. Or disapprove them and just play the game as we always do now. maybe we can even go so far as to have summations of allimprotant statistics at every level of command so as to make better decisions if the player chooses to play as recommended. Also every commanding general will have a chief of staff card much like the commander with his own staffs. administration ratings of commander cards can be used to modify their staff's recommendations and have the staffs decide the real numbers that are used for all dice rolls in the game.Well thasts my wish list anyway and it would be purely an option agreed by both players in pbem. Keep up the good work morvael no matter where you are taking the game cheers.
everyday congress meets we lose a little more of our liberty. and a republic is not the majority gets to bash the resistance. thank God for the electoral collage.
